Gracie Ellis

Gracie graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy with Honours in 2017. With qualifications in both advanced dry needling and clinical Pilates, Gracie adopts a combined approach of hands on treatment, to settle symptoms, along with an exercise-based rehabilitation focus to enable self-management and long-term injury resolution.

Gracie’s special areas of interest include treating lower limb injury, particularly knee pain, as well as other sporting injuries, biomechanical correction, Pilates, women’s health and paediatric clients.

Previous to working in private practice, Gracie worked with sporting clubs as a sports trainer and has looked after many teams in AFL, Rugby, Soccer and Netball at both junior and senior levels. Outside of physiotherapy Gracie has sporting experience in rowing, water polo, equestrian and enjoys camping, hiking, going to the gym and socialising with friends in her downtime.
